The Supernote tablet series, known for its premium writing experience, paper-like feel, and long battery life, is one of the most popular e-ink tablets on the market.

Besides using it for taking notes and general writing, the Supernote tablet also features a Calendar app, allowing users to add their Google or Outlook Calendar and view their availability without needing another device.

As highlighted by some Reddit Supernote community threads and this roadmap feature, you can only connect one calendar in the Supernote Calendar app and view that calendar’s primary calendar events.

This means that if you have more than one calendar, or if the calendar account has multiple calendars in its group (a Google Calendar account can have multiple calendars), the Supernote calendar app will only allow you to connect and display events from a single calendar, rather than syncing or showing all of them.

In this article, we’ll show how to connect multiple calendars to the Supernote Calendar app, bypassing the current limitation of only one calendar connection.

How to display multiple calendars on the Supernote calendar app

The only way to bypass the Supernote calendar limitation of only allowing one calendar app connection is to synchronize all your calendars to a single calendar and then connect that calendar to Supernote.

You can use a calendar sync tool like OneCal to synchronize all your calendars into a single calendar.

This is a simple flow of what that would look like:

  1. Sync all your calendars into a single (target) calendar using OneCal
  2. Connect the (target) calendar to Supernote.

Please read the article on How to aggregate multiple calendars into one to learn more about the concrete steps to follow in order to make this workaround work.

Below, I’ve drawn a simple schema that explains the steps to sync the calendars using OneCal and connecting the calendar to Supernote:

Sync Calendars using OneCal - Illustration

The first step is to connect all your calendars to OneCal and synchronize them to a single target calendar. After you finish setting this up, the target calendar will contain all the events from the other calendars.
In the diagram below, I’ve chosen Google Calendar as the target calendar, which contains all events from the other calendars.

After connecting the target calendar to Supernote, you should be able to see all the events from all the calendars.

Good to know: OneCal keeps calendars in sync in real time. As soon as an update happens in one of your calendars, OneCal will automatically reflect the change to the target calendar. After creating the initial setup, OneCal makes sure the target calendar contains the events of all the other calendars, including subsequent updates.
