How to print Outlook Calendar on the web (desktop browser)
To print Outlook Calendar using the Outlook web app, please follow these steps:

You need to choose one of the preset views, as the printed calendar will have the same layout and events as the selected calendar view.
- Click “Print”: The Print button is located on the header, on the right of the page.
- Choose the printing options: Outlook allows you to make a couple of selections after clicking Print: Change the calendar you want to print, change the layout, update the time range, and have the option to display a mini calendar. If you wish, you can print a detailed agenda. Unlike printing Google Calendar, Outlook doesn't allow you to select a date range for printing the calendar
- Click “Print”: After having chosen all the options, click Print.
- Save the calendar or print it accordingly: It’s up to you to save it as PDF or print it.
How to print Outlook Calendar on mobile
Unfortunately, there is no native way to print your Outlook Calendar using your mobile device. We recommend you print your Outlook Calendar following the steps highlighted for the web version of Outlook.
How to print Outlook using the desktop app on MacOS or Windows
Microsoft Outlook is also available as a desktop app on MacOS and Windows. To print Outlook using the desktop app, follow these steps:
- Download the Outlook app on MacOS or Windows: You can download Outlook from the Microsoft App Store or the MacOS App Store.
- Sign in to your account: Make sure you’ve signed in to the Outlook calendar you want to print before following the next steps.
- Choose the calendar layout: Similar to printing Outlook on the web app, you have to choose a calendar layout. The options are located on the right side of the header.
- Click “File” on the navigation bar: The File option is located on the top navigation bar. This illustration is on Outlook for MacOS, but it should also be similar on Windows.
- Click “Print”: The last option of the File menu is the “Print…” button.
- Choose the printer, as well as other printing options: The last step allows you to choose the printer, the number of copies and pages, as well as options regarding the calendar layout such as start date, end date, layout, and more.
