Accessing your Google Calendar through your Google Pixel Watch can be very handy, as you can quickly glimpse over your schedule as well as upcoming meetings.
In this article, we’ll explain how to sync Google Calendar with Google Pixel Watch, as well as some common issues with connecting work/enterprise Google Accounts to Google Pixel Watch.
Steps to follow in order to sync Google Calendar with Google Pixel Watch
In order to sync your Google Calendar with Google Pixel Watch, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure your Google Pixel Watch is set up: If your phone is not paired with the Google Pixel Watch, you should make sure to pair them, as it’s crucial for syncing the Google Calendar app. The pairing can be done by downloading the Google Pixel Watch app and following the on-screen instructions. During the initial setup, make sure you’re signed in with the same Google account you use for your Google Calendar.
- Open the Google Pixel Watch app and open the “Calendar Sync” screen: After successfully pairing your Android phone with the Google Pixel Watch, open the Google Pixel Watch app, then under “System”, click “Calendar Sync”. (System > Calendar Sync)
- Enable the “Sync Calendar” toggle: After going under “System” > “Calendar Sync”, you should be able to see a list of all connected Google Calendar accounts, as well as a list of calendars for each of them (as highlighted in the screenshot below). Make sure you enable the “Sync Calendar” by toggling the option.
- Toggle the Google Calendars you want to sync: After enabling the “Sync Calendars” option, make sure you check all the Google Calendars you want to sync with your Google Pixel Watch.
After following the steps above, you should be able to see your Google Calendar on your Google Pixel Watch.
Issues with syncing Work or Enterprise Google Accounts with Google Pixel Watch
Note that Enterprise Google Accounts can’t be synced with Google Pixel Watch without workspace administrators disabling the Mobile Management option in Google Workspace.
If you don’t see your work Google Calendar in your Google Pixel Watch, please make sure you contact your workspace administrators and ask them to disable the Mobile Management option.
