  2. Download and Install the "Microsoft Outlook" app: Tap on the Microsoft Outlook app, and then tap the "Install" button to download and install the app on your device.

  3. Sign in to Outlook: Open the Microsoft Outlook app once the installation is complete. On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and password. If you don’t already have an Outlook account, you can create one by following the instructions. After filling in your information, tap "Sign In" to access your account.

  4. Open the Outlook Calendar: Once you are signed in, go to the Outlook Calendar within the app. This will give you access to your Outlook calendar, allowing you to view, add, and manage your appointments.

  5. Configure Sync Settings: To ensure your Outlook calendar syncs with your Samsung phone, tap on the menu icon in the upper-left corner of the Outlook app. Then, select "Settings" from the menu options. Within the Settings menu, find and select the option to add your Samsung calendar.

  6. Choose your calendars: Once in the Settings menu, you will see a variety of options. Select "Add Account" to link additional calendars such as Outlook, Exchange, Gmail, iCloud, and more.

  7. Enable Calendar Sync: To sync Outlook with your Samsung phone, you should enable “Calendar Sync.” Enabling calendar sync gives the Outlook app permission to access your calendar data.

How to Sync Outlook Calendar with Samsung Using the Samsung App

You can sync your Outlook Calendar with your Samsung device by using the default Samsung Calendar app. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Search for the Samsung Calendar: Type "Calendar" in the search bar of your Samsung phone, and the Samsung Calendar app will appear as shown in the image below.

  3. Open the "More Options" Menu: In the upper-right corner of the Samsung Calendar app, look for the "More" icon, which looks like three vertical dots. Tap on it to see more options.

  4. Go to Calendar Management: From the dropdown menu, select "Manage calendars" or just "Calendars." This lets you manage and add different calendar accounts.

  5. Add a New Account: In the "Manage Calendars" section, find the "Add Account" option and tap on it as illustrated below.

  6. Click the "Exchange" Account: From the list of account types, choose "Exchange,” as illustrated below. Sometimes, Samsung Calendar shows a Google icon for the “Exchange” account, so make sure to click the “Exchange” section regardless of the icon.

  7. Sign In and Sync: Enter your Outlook email address and follow the on-screen instructions to log in. Make sure to allow the Samsung Calendar app to access your Outlook Calendar.

  8. Complete the Setup: After signing in, all your Outlook Calendar events will be available in the Samsung Calendar app.
