The Apple Calendar Sync Is Almost Live!

We’re excited to share with you the latest additions to OneCal, in the hope of delivering more value for our users.

Change Account Email

Due to popular demand, we’ve implemented the ability to change your email. You can simply go to Settings > General and update your email. You can:

  • Update your email
  • Unlink your Google account and log in with your email
  • Change the Google account you use to log in

Delete your OneCal Account

Now, you can delete your OneCal account with one click. Upon deleting your account, we delete your account and all the data associated with it. This action is permanent and can’t be reversed.

Note: You have to delete all your syncs before deleting your account.

Calendar Sync Reliability Improvements

We’re continuously improving our proprietary calendar sync algorithms and systems, ensuring that the calendars stay up-to-date and reliable. The latest improvements decrease the failure rate by more than 60%.

We’re always monitoring the calendar syncs across all customers, noting edge cases and failures and fixing them. If you have an edge case or calendar sync failure, please reach out to contact@onecal.io and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Customizable Time Slot Intervals

Customizable Booking Links Time Slot Intervals were also a popular request. By default, we used to show Time slot intervals that would match the meeting's duration. Now, you can choose a time slot every x minutes.

  • Zoom integration for Booking Links: We’re finished integrating Zoom in OneCal. We’re only waiting for Zoom to review the integration. We’re positive that the Zoom integration will go live in May.

  • Apple/iCloud Calendar Support: We’re very excited to let you know that you’ll be soon able to Sync your Apple Calendars to OneCal 🥳 You’ll also be able to use Apple Calendars on your Booking links and OneCal Calendar View.
