Ready to Sync Your Calendars?
Create a OneCal account to sync multiple Outlook, iCloud and Google Calendars, create Booking Links, and much more.
In January, our team addressed all the feedback regarding Booking Links, by adding features like changing the order of booking links on your booking page, adding social media links to your Booking Page, and more.
Booking Links Reordering
Users can change the order in which the booking links appear on the booking page. To do so, just visit the Booking Links page and click the "Swap Position" button between two booking links.
Add Your Social Media Links on Your Booking Page
You can now add all your social media links to your Booking Page, making it easier for schedulers to connect with you across all socials. Aside from preset socials, you can also add other links to your Booking Page (For example, personal website, blog, etc).
To add your Social Media links to your Booking Page, open the app, then click under Settings -> Booking Page -> Social Media Links (or visit /settings/booking-page)
After you enter your social media links, they will appear on your Booking Page, at the right of the profile picture:
You can also visit our Demo Booking Page to see what the Social Media links look like.
Support for Description on the Booking Page
Aside from the ability to add Social Media links on the Booking Page, you can also add a description to the booking page, so schedulers can learn more about you.
The Description field is a rich text field, allowing you to add Bold and Italic text, as well as links.
To add a description to the Booking Page, open Settings > Booking Page, then scroll down to the Description field.

Add Report Abuse Button on Booking Page and Booking Links
Our platform helps thousands of professionals get booked and avoid scheduling conflicts, so we want to ensure that no bad actors use the platform for spamming, phishing, or engaging in unacceptable behavior.
To prevent and combat such cases, we've added a 'Report Abuse' button on Booking Pages and Booking Links, so users can report abuse or inappropriate content and we take review and take measures in response.

Add Last Used tag on login
It's quite common to forget the sign-in method, given that we support Sign-in with Google and email, so we've added a Last Used to the login method last used to access OneCal.
