OneCal Product Update - June 2024

In June, we focused on improving the platform by adding missing features like reminders, accessibility fixes, and more.

Team Invites Reminders

If you invite members to your team, they’ll receive reminders if they don’t accept the invite in a couple of days.

Accessibility Improvements

Our latest version adheres to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, making the platform more accessible to people with disabilities. Furthermore, you can access and control every aspect of the app via the keyboard.

Include custom questions/answers on calendar event details

Booking Links Custom questions and answers are now included in the calendar event description. This should make it easier to grasp the meeting details straight from your calendar.

Expired Calendar Connection Reminders

Calendar connections expire after 90 days, and we already send notifications when this occurs. If you don't refresh your calendar connection after the first notification, we will now send additional reminders.

Security and reliability improvements

We've improved the platform's overall security and reliability, adhering to the industry standards and best practices.

What’s Next

• Apple/iCloud Calendar Support: It's been two months since we started working on integrating iCloud Calendar on OneCal, and we've been able to push through most things. We'll do our best to move as quickly as possible and have a working version by the end of July. We'll keep you updated on the progress of the integration.
