Use OneCal to print all your calendars in one print, enabling you to view and plan to see all your calendar events.
Even though printing Google Calendar might sound unnecessary, given that you can access it anytime through any browser or device, you’d be surprised to know that many people prefer doing it for offline accessibility, emergency backups, better visualization, or decoration.
In this article, we’ll learn how to print Google Calendar through the web interface, mobile, and through Google Cloud Print.
How to print Google Calendar using the web app (desktop browser)
To print Google Calendar through the web app, please follow these steps:
- Open Google Calendar on the web: You can access Google Calendar on the web by visiting https://calendar.google.com/. Please make sure you log in to the account where you want to print the calendar.
- Choose the calendar view: After signing into the Google Calendar you want to print, the next step is to choose the view you want to print. To do so, click on the Week dropdown located on the right side of the header. After clicking the dropdown, you can choose between Day, Week, Month, Year, Schedule, and 4 days. You can also toggle options like show weekends, show declined events, and more.
Choosing the calendar view is important, as it dictates the print feature and what events to show, as well as the layout (week, month, year). - Click the Settings Menu (Gear icon ⚙️): The next step is to click the Gear icon, then click “Print”.
- Preview the print and enter further settings: After clicking print, a modal appears that previews how the printed calendar will look. In this menu, you can choose the print range, font size, orientation, colors, and more. Compared to printing an Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar allows you to also choose the print range.
- Click Print: After finishing setting up the Print Preview settings, you can click “Print”.
- Choose the destination and other printer configurations: After clicking Print, you’re taken to the print page, which asks you printer-related questions, and the format you want to save the calendar.
How to print Google Calendar using your Phone or Tablet
Unfortunately, Google Calendar does not support printing natively on Google Calendar on iOS or Android. If you want to print Google Calendar using your phone, I’d recommend you use the web method above, as it’s the best way to print your Google Calendar, providing the best outputs.
If you don’t have a desktop, you can still print your Google Calendar from your mobile device by following these steps:
- Open Google Calendar in a mobile browser (in desktop mode).
- Follow the same steps as for the desktop version.
Alternatively, take a screenshot of the desired view and print the image.
